Highlight Gallery presents contemporary art curated by country. The artists it represents have had gallery, institutional, art fair and print exposure in their home country and abroad. Highlight Gallery expands their exposure internationally through art fairs, and in San Francisco through its gallery.

For Year One, Highlight Gallery features Belgium and shows works in a variety of media from the country’s contemporary artists. After Year One, Highlight Gallery will feature another country and its art each year, while still promoting and exhibiting the artists whom it represents.

Highlight Gallery will launch its first project space in 2012 with ephemeral installations by local San Francisco Bay Area artists in a soon to be demolished home. The exhibition called, “3020 Laguna Street In Exitum,” has set restraints of utilizing only the building materials or the lack there of building materials within the home to create the various works.
